In my military and defence industry careers I have set User needs and equipment specifications, procured equipments and sold products and services – Buying and Selling.
Throughout, I have I have made decisions, identified and resolved issues, identified and managed risks, mentored and guided, set direction, managed projects, and lead and worked in teams – Leading.
A constant theme has been the future: defining and getting to the end state, establishing the strategy and tasks, and creating teams to successfully reach the aim – Winning.
This unrivalled combination of experiences provides the natural baseline to work collaboratively with clients in Business and Competition winning – Selling.
